The Draped Garden is a premium floral rental installation created with real-touch botanicals, reusable floral mechanics, soft ivory draping, and coordinated ceremony styling. The installation is designed in modular sections so selected pieces can move from ceremony to reception, extending the look while reducing duplicate floral spend.
Package 1 — Ceremony Installation — $1,800
Includes the selected Draped Garden ceremony installation, standard design planning, premium real-touch floral rental inventory, ivory draping, standard studio preparation, local delivery within the Le Rosse service area, one-location setup, on-site placement, breakdown, and pickup after the event.
Package 2 — Ceremony + Reception Repurpose — $3,200
Includes everything in the Ceremony Installation package, plus planned repurposing of selected floral modules from the ceremony to one reception focal area during cocktail hour. Typical repurpose locations may include a sweetheart table, cake table, bar, welcome area, or similar focal point. One repurpose move is included.
Package 3 — Full Venue Installation — $4,800
Includes the ceremony installation, coordinated reception styling with the same design language, multiple planned floral focal areas, standard setup and strike, local delivery, and repurposing where appropriate. Final quantities and placement are confirmed after venue review.
Available rental structures
An 8-foot moongate and a ceremony canopy may be incorporated when appropriate for the selected design, venue, and installation plan. Structure rental, draping, floral coverage, delivery, setup, and pickup are confirmed in the final proposal and may require an additional quote.
Not included unless quoted separately
Fresh bouquets or boutonnieres, guest-table centerpieces beyond the confirmed package scope, candles, vessels, signage, specialty rentals, custom color changes, additional floral volume, multiple repurpose moves, difficult-access labor, long-distance delivery, parking/loading fees, extended rental time, or next-day pickup.
Floral style: premium real-touch white and ivory botanicals with soft greenery. Fresh floral accents may be added separately if requested and appropriate for the design.
Planning: final scope, quantities, venue logistics, guest count, repurpose plan, install timing, strike timing, and any additional charges are confirmed before booking so there are no surprises.
Booking and payment timeline
Please inquire approximately 8–12 weeks before your event whenever possible. Availability is confirmed only after the date, venue, installation scope, access, delivery, setup, repurposing, and pickup requirements are reviewed.
Your date is reserved when the agreement is signed and a 50% nonrefundable retainer is received. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before the event. Final placement, access times, repurposing plans, and pickup details must be approved 14 days before the event.
