Reserve Your Wedding Date — Flower Preservation

An early date reservation for a wedding planned about a year ahead.

This $75 nonrefundable reservation is optional for a wedding about a year or more away. It holds studio capacity after availability is confirmed, and the full $75 is credited toward your chosen preservation piece. You do not have to select the heirloom yet.

Wedding closer than a year? You do not need to purchase this $75 reservation. Choose your preservation piece with the studio and request an invoice for the first 50% of its agreed price instead. Contact hello@lerossestudio.com to confirm availability and arrange that invoice; the product checkout is not a 50% payment link.

First, save the flowers. With the early $75 reservation, you can choose your final heirloom after we assess the bouquet. For a nearer wedding using the 50% path, agree on an intended piece and price first; we review the flower condition on arrival and confirm the final design before production. We study color, structure, condition and the details that matter to you.

Your flowers may become a Botanical Vow Book, Botanical Portrait, Couple’s Preservation Pair, sculptural resin heirloom, Botanical Relic, or another approved Le Rosse preservation format suited to the flowers themselves. The goal is not to force every bouquet into the same shape. It is to decide thoughtfully what deserves to become what.

How the two payments work: after the piece and final price are confirmed, the $75 early reservation credit counts toward the initial 50%; we invoice only the difference. The remaining 50% is invoiced when the finished piece is ready and is due at least seven days before scheduled shipment (or before arranged pickup). You may pay the full piece price up front. Shipping and applicable tax are shown separately. Shopify pay-over-time offers at checkout are separate provider financing and do not replace the studio’s 50% invoice arrangement.

No longer have the original bridal bouquet? Le Rosse Studio may source similar flowers for an additional fee using clear photographs as a reference, then create a new commemorative piece inspired by the bouquet’s flower types, colors, shape and overall feeling. Sourced blooms are replacements—not the original wedding flowers or an exact replica—and all substitutions and the proposed design direction will be explained and approved before creation.

First 24 hours after the wedding: email clear photos of the fresh whole bouquet from the front and side, close-ups of important blooms, and meaningful ribbon or details, along with your name and wedding date. Keep cut stem ends in clean fresh water if possible, with blooms dry and cool indoors. Contact us promptly to confirm a receiving plan. We send current Flower Care + Shipping instructions for Charleston-area drop-off or nationwide shipping; do not mail fresh flowers until your receiving window is confirmed.

If your wedding is within 7 days, has already happened, or you are preserving flowers from a memorial or another meaningful occasion, please contact Le Rosse Studio before booking so we can confirm the best receiving plan.

Timing: our current made-to-order timeline for resin preservation pieces is approximately 10 weeks from receipt of viable flowers. Botanical Portraits and other formats requiring extended pressing, framing or specialty finishing may take longer. Your specific estimated timeline will be confirmed after the flowers are assessed.

Charleston-area pickup is available, and finished pieces can also be shipped within the continental U.S. using insured, trackable delivery. Shipping is charged separately.
