The Botanical Vow Book

Your wedding flowers, preserved as a sculptural heirloom inspired by a treasured vow book.

Real flowers from your bouquet are carefully dried, selected and composed in crystal-clear resin. Each Botanical Vow Book is handmade and one of a kind, with a molded book-style spine and an embedded personalized plaque included with the couple’s names and wedding date.

• Medium — 7½ × 5 in — $425
  Our signature size with room for a fuller botanical composition.

  A statement heirloom with the most space for flowers and storytelling details.

Personalization included

The personalized plaque is designed to fit within the recessed middle section of the molded book spine and is preserved as part of the finished piece. Couple’s names and wedding date are included.

Wedding vows

Your vows may be incorporated inside the Vow Book or displayed on the back when the design and available space allow. After your flowers are assessed, we will confirm the best placement and provide instructions for sending typed, handwritten or photographed vows.

The Le Rosse process

Reserve → Send → Study → Recommend → Approve → Preserve.

You may begin with the $150 Reserve Your Wedding Date deposit, credited in full toward your final preservation order. Once your flowers arrive, we preserve and study them, then guide you toward the composition that best honors what survived beautifully.

Payment

After the $150 reservation credit is applied, final preservation orders under $500 are due in full before final production. Orders of $500 or more may be paid in full or with the Le Rosse Studio two-part payment plan: 50% of the remaining balance to begin final production and 50% before shipment or pickup.

Timing

Typical turnaround is approximately 10–14 weeks from receipt of viable flowers. Timing varies with flower type, drying requirements, design complexity and studio schedule.

Shipping + pickup

Charleston-area flower drop-off and finished-piece pickup are available by appointment. Finished pieces may also be shipped within the continental U.S. using insured, trackable delivery. Finished-piece shipping is charged separately. Out-of-area clients should not mail fresh flowers until Le Rosse Studio confirms the receiving window and current packing instructions.

Natural flower character

Real flowers naturally change during preservation. Colors may soften, deepen, warm or become more muted, and delicate petals may show natural variation. Not every bloom received can always be used; the studio selects flowers based on condition, structure and preservation quality.
