Thoughtful wedding flowers for intimate celebrations.

Le Rosse Studio offers three focused floral packages for small weddings and micro-weddings. Each package keeps the design cohesive and refined without turning the process into a long à-la-carte menu.

What we mean by a small wedding: an intimate celebration of approximately 2–30 guests, including elopements, courthouse ceremonies, garden weddings, beach ceremonies, private homes and Airbnbs. Celebrations outside this range may still be considered through a custom proposal.

Package 1 — Ceremony Set — $650
Includes one bridal bouquet, one boutonniere, and two coordinated ceremony floral pieces for the altar, arch base, welcome area, or another focal location. Standard design planning and studio preparation are included.

Package 2 — Intimate Celebration — $1,250
Includes one bridal bouquet, one boutonniere, two ceremony focal pieces, and up to four small reception table arrangements or bud-vase groupings. Standard design planning and studio preparation are included.

Package 3 — Signature Micro Wedding — $2,200
Includes one bridal bouquet, one boutonniere, two larger ceremony focal pieces, up to six coordinated reception table arrangements or groupings, and one additional reception focal piece such as a sweetheart table, cake table, bar, or welcome arrangement. Standard design planning and studio preparation are included.

Event Logistics

Local delivery, one standard setup and rental pickup within 20 miles — starting at $295. This fee is required when the order uses Le Rosse Studio rental vessels, mechanics, stands or linens. Difficult access, multiple locations, venue parking/loading charges, repurposing, extended setup time, late-night strike or travel beyond 20 miles are quoted separately.

Studio pickup of personal flowers may be available when no rental pieces, setup or return collection are required.

Optional Linen Rentals

Table linens may be added to any small-wedding package, subject to inventory and venue table sizes. Available directions may include warm ivory, washed linen, soft olive, oxblood/plum, and other studio-approved neutrals or seasonal tones. Linen pricing is quoted separately based on table count, table size and fabric selection; delivery, setup and pickup are covered by the applicable event-logistics quote.

Not included unless added separately
Additional bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, flower crowns, large installations, rental structures, candles, specialty vessels, guest-table florals beyond the package quantity, linens, repurposing, difficult-access labor or additional locations.

Preservation add-on
Wedding flower preservation may be added separately so selected flowers from your celebration can become a Le Rosse Studio heirloom after the wedding.

Flowers and exact varieties are selected according to season, market quality, palette, and the overall Le Rosse Studio design direction. Final scope is confirmed before booking.

Booking and payment timeline

Please submit the wedding questionnaire approximately 6–12 weeks before the event whenever possible. Your date is confirmed only after Le Rosse Studio reviews the scope and availability, the agreement is signed, and a 50% nonrefundable retainer is received.

The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Final colors, quantities, locations, and logistics must be approved 14 days before the event. Delivery, setup, rental pickup, and any additional labor are included in the final proposal.
