How Wedding Flower Preservation Works
From your wedding day to a timeless heirloom
Le Rosse Studio guides you through every step, whether you are local to Charleston or sending your flowers from out of town.
1. Reserve your wedding date
Secure space on our preservation calendar with a $150 non-refundable reservation deposit. The deposit is applied in full toward your final preservation order. Your date is not secured until the reservation deposit is paid.

2. Receive your Flower Care + Shipping Guide
After booking, you will receive instructions for caring for your bouquet after the wedding, arranging a Charleston-area drop-off, or preparing your flowers for shipment.

3. Get your flowers to Le Rosse Studio
Local clients: arrange an appointment for flower drop-off as soon as possible after the event.
Out-of-town clients: ship your flowers as quickly as possible after the wedding using an expedited service. Pack the bouquet securely so the blooms are supported and protected from crushing. Include your order information and send us the tracking details.
Keep flowers cool and out of prolonged direct sun. Do not freeze them. Fresh flowers are delicate, and faster arrival gives us the best opportunity to preserve their character.
4. We inspect your flowers
When your bouquet arrives, we assess the condition of the flowers and determine which blooms are suitable for preservation. Natural flowers vary, and not every bloom can always be preserved successfully.
5. Finalize your heirloom
If you have already selected your final preservation piece, we confirm the details. If not, we help you choose the option that best fits your flowers and the way you want to display them.
6. Pay the remaining balance
Your $150 reservation deposit is credited toward your final preservation order. The remaining balance is due after your flowers are received and your preservation selection is confirmed, before final production begins.
7. Preservation + creation
Your flowers are preserved using the method best suited to their type and condition, then composed into your selected heirloom. Natural flowers can soften, deepen, warm, or shift in color during preservation; these variations are part of the authentic botanical character of the finished piece.
8. Delivery or pickup
When your heirloom is complete, we arrange local pickup or shipment of the finished piece.

Reservation & payment policy
The $150 reservation deposit reserves studio capacity for your wedding date and is non-refundable. It is applied in full toward your final preservation order. Return shipping of the completed heirloom is separate unless otherwise stated in your order.
Preservation for other meaningful occasions
Le Rosse preservation is not limited to weddings. We also preserve meaningful flowers from memorials, anniversaries, engagements, baby celebrations, graduations, milestone birthdays, sympathy arrangements, and other personal occasions.
