Botanical Intaglio

A petite sculptural keepsake inspired by classical intaglio forms, created with flowers that carry meaning.

The Botanical Intaglio is designed for couples who want a smaller preservation piece with a more decorative, collected quality than a clear resin block. Selected preserved botanicals are composed within an oval cast form and finished by hand in one of two Le Rosse colors.

The Le Rosse process

Reserve → Send → Study → Recommend → Preserve.

Wedding clients may begin with the $75 Reserve Your Wedding Date deposit, credited in full toward the final preservation order. Once your flowers arrive, the studio studies how they preserved and recommends the keepsake format that best suits the material. If the Botanical Intaglio is the right direction, you choose the size and finish before final production.

Payment

After the $75 reservation credit is applied, the remaining balance for a Botanical Intaglio is due in full before final production begins.

Timing

Typical turnaround is approximately 10 weeks from receipt of viable flowers, depending on flower type, preservation requirements, design complexity and the current studio schedule.

Shipping + pickup

Charleston-area flower drop-off and finished-piece pickup are available by appointment. Out-of-area clients must wait for Le Rosse Studio to confirm the receiving window and current packing instructions before mailing fresh flowers. Finished pieces may be shipped within the continental U.S. using insured, trackable delivery; finished-piece shipping is charged separately.

Natural flower character

Real botanicals naturally change during preservation. Colors may soften, deepen, warm or become more muted, and delicate material may show natural variation. Not every bloom received can always be used; the studio selects material based on condition, structure and how successfully it preserved.

Care: display indoors away from prolonged direct sunlight, heat and excessive moisture. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.

Every Botanical Intaglio is individually composed from the flowers received, so no two pieces will be identical.
