Kokedama is a Japanese-inspired growing method in which a plant’s root system is formed within a sculptural moss ball and bound by hand. Le Rosse Kokedamas are designed as living botanical objects—quietly organic, giftable, and beautiful from every angle.

Plant varieties change with season and availability. Each piece is handmade, so moss texture, shape, root movement, foliage and blooms will vary naturally.
Optional Display Base
Listed starting prices do not include a base. A thoughtfully selected waterproof display base may be added for $25. Shape, material, color and finish vary according to the studio’s available inventory so the base complements the individual plant.
Care
Place your Kokedama in bright, indirect light unless the included care card specifies otherwise. When the moss ball feels light and begins to dry, soak it in room-temperature water for approximately 10–15 minutes, then allow it to drain thoroughly before returning it to display. Avoid harsh direct sun and standing water.
Pickup and Local Delivery
- Studio pickup: complimentary.
- Local delivery within 20 miles of the studio: $25.
- Beyond 20 miles: contact the studio for availability and a quote.
Please order 1–2 business days in advance and select your requested delivery date. Standard local delivery is Monday–Thursday and may arrive anytime between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The studio is closed Friday–Sunday for wedding and event work; however, a prearranged Friday or Saturday delivery may sometimes be accommodated when the studio schedule and plant availability allow. Sunday delivery is unavailable.
Shipping Eligibility
Kokedamas may ship only to eligible U.S. destinations after Le Rosse Studio reviews the delivery address and applicable agricultural rules. Approved orders dispatch early in the week and may be held during unsafe hot or cold weather. Shipping eligibility and charges are confirmed before fulfillment.
