Botanical Relic Rings — Keepsake Care + Shipping Guide
Your keepsake may be tiny, but it deserves careful handling before it becomes part of your Le Rosse relic ring.
Before you send anything
Please place your order first. After purchase, keep your order number with the keepsake so we can match it correctly when it arrives.
Wedding flowers and petals
Choose a small, meaningful piece rather than sending an entire bouquet unless Le Rosse has specifically requested it. Flowers should be as dry and stable as possible before mailing. Place the botanical fragment between clean, dry tissue or parchment, then protect it inside a small rigid box so it cannot be crushed.
Baby hair
Only a very small amount is needed. Place the clean, completely dry hair inside a folded piece of white paper or glassine envelope, then place that inside a small labeled envelope or rigid box. Do not use tape directly on the hair.
Memorial keepsakes
For memorial flowers or other fragile botanical material, send only the portion you are comfortable entrusting to the preservation process. If the material is irreplaceable or unusually fragile, contact Le Rosse before mailing so we can confirm the safest option.
Label your package
Include your full name, order number, email address, and a short note identifying the keepsake. If you are sending more than one item, package and label each separately.
Shipping
Use a sturdy outer box with enough padding to keep the inner keepsake container from moving. We recommend a tracked shipping service and suggest retaining your tracking number until delivery is confirmed. Avoid mailing damp or freshly cut flowers in sealed plastic.
After arrival
Le Rosse Studio will inspect the keepsake before beginning the ring. Because every natural material behaves differently, final color, shape, placement, and visible texture will vary. That variation is part of the one-of-a-kind heirloom character of the finished piece.
Please note: never send more irreplaceable material than necessary. Le Rosse Studio will use only the amount required for the selected design whenever possible.
